Privacy Policy

• Personal Data Administrator — creator and copyright holder of the 'Yaswami' software.
• Personal Data Operator — who processes personal data.
• Personal Data Subject — a capable natural person who receives services/goods and provides their data.
• Partner-Executors (Masters) — individual entrepreneurs, self-employed or legal entities who publish their services/content on the Yaswami Platform under an agency agreement with the Administrator.

1. Conclusion and execution of an offer agreement (Art. 6 of Federal Law-152, clause 5 of Art. 6 of the Federal Law 'On Payment Systems').
2. Generation and sending of fiscal receipts for Master services (within the agency model) and for Yaswami platform services (subscription, commission, etc.) in accordance with Federal Law-54.
3. Maintaining accounting and tax records to fulfill obligations established by Russian legislation (Federal Law-402, Tax Code of the Russian Federation).
4. Transferring order information to respective individual entrepreneurs/self-employed/LLCs.
5. Service improvement and content personalization (based on consent, Art. 9 of Federal Law-152).
6. Compliance with the requirements of Russian legislation.

• Tochka Bank (LLC 'Bank Tochka') — payment processing for master services and platform subscription.
• OFD — fiscal receipt generation for master services and platform subscription.
• Masters (individual entrepreneurs/self-employed/LLCs) — the platform accepts payments for master services, acting as the master's agent, withholds its commission and transfers the remaining amount to the master. Yaswami may transfer payment data and legal information of the master (e.g., TIN, name) to authorized third parties — payment aggregators, OFD and FTS, exclusively for fiscalization (receipt issuance) and compliance with legislation.
• Government agencies — upon lawful request.

The user has the right to:

• Obtain information about their data and copies of documents (Art. 14 of Federal Law-152);
• Demand clarification, blocking or destruction of data;
• Withdraw consent by sending a request to ceo@yaswami.com.

The operator applies the following protection measures:

• TLS 1.2+ encryption
• Authentication systems
• Antivirus protection
• Isolated environments Docker + RBAC for MongoDB database

Interaction model:

1. The Administrator provides masters (individual entrepreneurs/self-employed/LLCs) with access to a personal account for publishing services.
2. Payments for platform subscription go through the Operator and Tochka Bank.
3. Payments for master services are collected by the Operator through Tochka Bank under an agency agreement. The Operator withholds its commission and transfers the remainder to the master's account. Fiscalization is performed: for self-employed through the FTS API 'My Tax' service, for IP/LLC through online cash register in agent mode.
4. Legal information of each master (individual entrepreneur/self-employed/LLC) is available on their profile page via the 'Legal Information' button.
5. The platform transfers to masters only order information (name, contacts, order details), but not payment data.
