Terms of Use

This User Agreement regulates the terms of use of the Yaswami web and mobile application and is a legally binding contract between the Platform Owner and any natural person who has registered.

01General Provisions

1.1. By using the Platform, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement, Privacy Policy and Public Offer and accept their terms.

1.2. The Platform is provided to the User on an 'as is' basis. The Owner does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the service and preservation of content posted by the User.

02Terms
  • Account — a set of data that allows identifying the User.
  • Content — any materials (text, photos, videos, audio) posted by the User.
  • Master — an individual entrepreneur, self-employed or legal entity working under an agency scheme with the Yaswami platform. Their details are posted on the Master's profile page on the Platform.
03Registration and Account

3.1. To access the Platform functionality, the User authorizes through their Telegram account; separate registration and password entry are not required.

3.2. The User is responsible for the security of their Telegram account and all actions performed after authorization through it.

3.3. The Owner has the right to block or delete the Account if the User violates the Agreement terms or Russian legislation.

04Content Posting Rules

4.1. It is prohibited to publish:

  • materials violating copyright and other rights of third parties;
  • extremist, pornographic, discrediting or offensive content;
  • spam, advertising without Owner's consent;
  • malicious code.

4.2. By publishing Content, the User grants the Owner a non-exclusive license to store and display it within the Platform.

05Intellectual Property

5.1. All rights to the software, design, logos and other intellectual property of the Platform belong to the Owner.

5.2. It is prohibited to copy, distribute or modify Platform elements without written permission from the Owner.

06Refunds

6.1. Payment for services is carried out through the Yaswami service, which acts as the master's agent: withholds commission and sends the remaining amount to the master.

6.2. The master is responsible for generating and providing a fiscal receipt (or self-employed receipt through 'My Tax') to the client for the full cost of the service, or Yaswami provides automatic fiscalization on behalf of the master through the technological platform.

6.3. Refund of paid funds is carried out similarly: Yaswami initiates a refund to the client based on the request, and the master compensates the amount received minus the commission, or the refund is carried out through your online cash register (if available). Notification and processing times depend on the payment system and platform conditions.

07Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Owner is not liable for User losses arising from:

  • Platform interruptions;
  • deleted or modified Content;
  • actions of third parties.
08Agreement Amendment and Termination

8.1. The Owner has the right to make changes to the Agreement. The current version is published on the Platform and comes into force from the date of publication.

8.2. The User has the right to terminate the Agreement by deleting their Account.

09Final Provisions

9.1. This Agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation.

9.2. Disputes are resolved at the Owner's location under the jurisdiction of a Russian court of general jurisdiction.
