Terms of Use

1.1. By using the Platform, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement, Privacy Policy and Public Offer and accept their terms.

1.2. The Platform is provided to the User on an 'as is' basis. The Owner does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the service and preservation of content posted by the User.

• Account — a set of data that allows identifying the User.
• Content — any materials (text, photos, videos, audio) posted by the User.
• IP-operator — an individual entrepreneur who accepts payments and issues fiscal receipts. Their details are posted on the IP-operator's profile page on the Platform.

3.1. To access the Platform functionality, the User authorizes through their Telegram account; separate registration and password entry are not required.

3.2. The User is responsible for the security of their Telegram account and all actions performed after authorization through it.

3.3. The Owner has the right to block or delete the Account if the User violates the Agreement terms or Russian legislation.

4.1. It is prohibited to publish:

• materials violating copyright and other rights of third parties;
• extremist, pornographic, discrediting or offensive content;
• spam, advertising without Owner's consent;
• malicious code.

4.2. By publishing Content, the User grants the Owner a non-exclusive license to store and display it within the Platform.

5.1. All rights to the software, design, logos and other intellectual property of the Platform belong to the Owner.

5.2. It is prohibited to copy, distribute or modify Platform elements without written permission from the Owner.

6.1. Refund of funds paid by the User is carried out in the same way as the payment was made, through the IP-operator's settlement funds.

6.2. The User sends a refund request to the contacts published on the corresponding IP-operator's profile page on the Yaswami Platform.

6.3. The request processing time is regulated by the IP-operator on the profile page. The actual crediting time depends on the servicing bank and payment system rules.

7.1. The Owner is not liable for User losses arising from:

• Platform interruptions;
• deleted or modified Content;
• actions of third parties.

8.1. The Owner has the right to make changes to the Agreement. The current version is published on the Platform and comes into force from the date of publication.

8.2. The User has the right to terminate the Agreement by deleting their Account.

9.1. This Agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation.

9.2. Disputes are resolved at the Owner's location under the jurisdiction of a Russian court of general jurisdiction.
